Are you a natural organiser, multitasker, and people-person? This is your chance to step into a key leadership role at a respected two-office law firm in the heart of Cambridgeshire - where your ideas, energy, and initiative will shape the day-to-day success of the business.



This isn't your average admin role. As Office Administrator, you'll be the central hub that keeps everything - and everyone - running like clockwork. From facilities and front-of-house to HR, IT, and supplier relations, you'll have your finger on the pulse of everything that makes this successful firm tick.



You'll be working with a down-to-earth, friendly team in a collaborative environment where no two days are ever the same. Whether you're supporting partners, liaising with external suppliers, or ensuring smooth operations between the two offices, your impact will be felt across every level of the business.

Your Role at a Glance:
* Lead and support the Office Services Management Team
* Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between both offices
* Review and optimise service delivery to ensure fee-earners are fully supported
* Oversee relationships with key suppliers - including contract reviews and cost efficiency
* Handle everything from desk planning and floor layouts to compliance and continuity processes
* Be a go-to problem-solver for HR, Facilities, and IT queries


What You'll Bring to the Team:



* Proven experience in office administration, ideally in a law firm or professional services
* A confident, can-do attitude with the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease
* Solid understanding of workplace regulations and business continuity is a plus
* Discretion, professionalism, and top-tier organisational skills
* Someone who thrives in a "hands-on" role and loves making things run smoothly behind the scenes

* Full-time office-based, 5 days per week
* Part-time hours will be considered for the right candidate
