We have a vacancy for a Sales administrator to process orders in our ERP system and provide cover for general administration duties in our Huntingdon office.

A working knowledge of ERP systems, Excel, Outlook, Word will be beneficial. Further training will be provided if required.

This position is offered on a permanent full-time basis 4.5-day week.

There is flexibility for the Friday mornings, dependant on your counterpart.

The Role:

* Contract review of customer orders. to ensure accuracy of order content.
* Order entry directly into ERP system.
* Obtain quotes for OEM products, equipment and shipment costs.
* Update reports and database.
* Provide administrative support to sales team and Sales managers.

* The ideal candidate will be a confident team player with the ability to organise own priorities maintaining a positive and outgoing attitude. Experience of working in an office environment.

Hours: 8am - 4.45 are the core hours except on Friday 8am - 12noon.
