Our client is a medium-sized niche business based in a village location. They are a surveying company with 30 years' experience specializing in a particular niche. Operating from very smart offices they are in easy access to the A14 and have plenty of free parking available.
This is a position that is ideal for someone who is looking to start their career in a customer care environment. The successful candidate will receive training and support to help them develop their skills and progress within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering telephone calls and transferring them to the appropriate person or department.
- Responding to and sorting incoming emails.
- Greeting visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assisting with ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Providing a high level of customer service to our clients and contractors Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
- A good team player who is able to work with different departments within the office.
