Due to growth, they have an exciting new opportunity for someone to join their expanding team.

Office Manager

Our client are looking for an Office Manager person to assist a member of staff who is the right hand person to the Supply Chain Manager. This person can make this role 'their own'.

See duties below: -

• Answering the phone. Directing calls to appropriate members of staff.


• Assisting customers when possible.


• Gatekeeping phone calls/fielding.


• Welcoming visitors.


• Managing their inbox.


• Maintenance of 5 x company vehicles - Servicing, MOT, Tax etc.


• Ensuirng engineers report faults/issues with vehicles and they are kept in good condition.


• Arranging lunches for Training courses/meetings (liaising with local shop in Village)


• Purchasing consumables/sundries - i.e., Tea, Coffee, sugar, Milk etc


• Ensuring grounds and offices are maintained - housekeeping, liaising with gardeners etc.


• Purchasing of in-house items and to assist Supply Chain Manager.


• Looking after eBay store - for 'seconds' sold on the platform. (previous experience desirable)


• Showing new members of staff around etc.


• Postal duties.


• Arranging 2 staff parties - Summer & Xmas

Holidays: 26 days plus bank holidays (3 to be retained for Xmas shutdown)

Hours: Monday to Friday - 8.30am until 5.30pm
